1) No Refunds Sales are Final.
2) Exchange is available, if item is defected under the following terms:
- The item has to be sent back in its original condition.
- No scratched or broken discs will be exchanged.
- Item has to be returned back to Cosmo-Arabia within 2 weeks of the receiving date.
- No exchange for rude buyers.
3) If the item satisfies the terms above, exchange will be done without any shipping costs.

- We only allow refund if you contact us within 24 hours after placing your order, and before it is shipped out.
*Cancellation Policy:
